Annunciati i vincitori della 30esima edizione degli Art Directors Awards, premiati Frankenstein e Una Battaglia dopo l’Altra.
La 30ª edizione degli Art Directors Guild Awards ha celebrato l’eccellenza nella scenografia premiando i migliori film, serie televisive, spot e produzioni di breve formato dell’anno. Tra i grandi vincitori della serata, come riportato da AwardsWatch, spiccano Frankenstein, One Battle After Another e Severance.
Nelle categorie cinematografiche, suddivise in tre sezioni, Frankenstein ha trionfato come miglior film in costume, I Fantastici Quattro: Primi Passi nella categoria fantasy e One Battle After Another tra i film contemporanei. In ambito televisivo invece, si sono distinti Severance, Mid-Century Modern e The Studio, che hanno conquistato i rispettivi premi.
Tra i riconoscimenti speciali: i Lifetime Achievement Awards sono andati a Bo Welch, Jann Engel, Tom Southwell e Stephen McNally; Laura Friedman ha ricevuto l’ADG President’s Award; mentre il Cinematic Imagery Award è stato assegnato al regista Jon M. Chu.
