Annunciate le nomine della 41esima edizione degli Artios Awards della Casting Society (CSA), presenti Frankenstein, Hamnet e Bugonia.
La Casting Society (CSA) ha annunciato le nomination per la 41ª edizione degli Artios Awards, con candidature in sette categorie cinematografiche. Tra i titoli più citati, come riportato da AwardsWatch, figurano Bugonia, Hamnet, Jay Kelly, Blue Moon e Twinless.
Per i film drammatici ad alto budget sono stati selezionati Bugonia, F1, Frankenstein, Hamnet, Marty Supreme e Sinners, mentre tra le commedie ad alto budget compaiono Jay Kelly, Materialists, Una pallottola spuntata (The Naked Gun), The Phoenician Scheme, Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery e Wicked: For Good.
Le nomination arrivano in un momento chiave per il settore, alla vigilia dell’introduzione della categoria Casting agli Oscar. Dei dieci film inclusi nella shortlist dell’Academy, sette hanno ottenuto anche una candidatura agli Artios Awards, mentre The Secret Agent, Sirāt e Weapon restano esclusi.
La CSA ha inoltre annunciato i premi speciali: il Lynn Stalmaster Award for Career Achievement ad Ayo Davis, il Marion Dougherty New York Apple Award a Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, l’Hoyt Bowers Award for Excellence in Casting a Julie Ashton e il Rosalie Joseph Humanitarian Award a Laura Adler.
Le cerimonie si terranno il 26 febbraio 2026 a Los Angeles, New York e Londra, con Harvey Guillén, Jeff Hiller e Jessica Gunning come presentatori. Tra le novità dell’edizione figura anche una nuova categoria dedicata al London Theatre, che include titoli come Il diavolo veste Prada e Titanique.
