Chicago Indie Critics: annunciate le nomine della nona edizione

Ryan Coogler con Sinners domina le nomination dei Chicago Indie Critics Windie Awards 2025 con 18 candidature.

I Chicago Indie Critics (CIC) hanno annunciato ufficialmente i candidati della nona edizione annuale dei Windie Awards, celebrando il meglio del cinema indipendente e d’autore dell’anno. I 38 critici cinematografici votanti, come riportato da AwardsWatch, hanno completato le schede di voto questa settimana, selezionando i candidati in 27 categorie.

A guidare le nomination è Sinners, che conquista 18 candidature, seguito da One Battle After Another con 12, Frankenstein con 9 e Marty Supreme con 7. I membri del CIC avvieranno ora l’ultimo turno di votazioni, che si concluderà il 10 gennaio 2026. I vincitori dei Windie Awards 2025 saranno annunciati internamente durante una festa privata riservata ai soli membri il 15 gennaio 2026, presso il Blue Bayou Chicago, di fronte allo storico Music Box Theatre.
