Annunciati i vincitori dei Golden Reel Awards 2026, che hanno visto trionfare Sinners e Frankenstein di Guillermo del Toro.
La Motion Picture Sound Editors (MPSE) ha annunciato i vincitori dei Golden Reel Awards 2026. Tra i film, Sinners è stato il più premiato, vincendo per miglior montaggio sonoro – dialoghi/ADR e miglior montaggio musicale. Frankenstein ha invece ottenuto il riconoscimento per miglior montaggio sonoro – effetti/Foley.
Sinners e One Battle After Another guidavano le nomination con tre candidature ciascuno, mentre F1 e Frankenstein ne avevano due. Nonostante ciò, One Battle After Another e F1 non hanno vinto premi.
Nell’animazione, come riportato da AwardsWatch, ha vinto Zootopia 2, mentre in TV Adolescence si è imposto nella categoria dialoghi/ADR long form. Tra i videogiochi, premi a Death Stranding 2: On the Beach e Ghost of Yōtei. Durante la serata sono stati assegnati anche due riconoscimenti speciali: il Filmmaker Award a Kathleen Kennedy e il Career Achievement Award a Mark Mangini.
