International Cinephile Society 2026: annunciati i vincitori, a dominare The Secret Agent con ben sei riconoscimenti.
The Secret Agent, il thriller politico brasiliano diretto da Kleber Mendonça Filho, ha conquistato sei premi alla 23ª edizione dei premi dell’International Cinephile Society (ICS), tra cui Miglior Film, Miglior Regia, Miglior Cast Corale, Miglior Sceneggiatura Originale e due premi per la recitazione.
Wagner Moura, come riportato da AwardsWatch, ha vinto come Miglior Attore Protagonista, mentre Tânia Maria è stata premiata come Miglior Attrice Non Protagonista. Kathleen Chalfant ha conquistato il premio come Miglior Attrice per Familiar Touch.
I Only Rest in the Storm ha ottenuto il secondo posto in più categorie, con Jonathan Guilherme premiato come Miglior Attore Non Protagonista. Pillion ha vinto per Miglior Sceneggiatura Non Originale, mentre padre e figlio Stellan e Alexander Skarsgård si sono piazzati secondi come attori non protagonisti.
Altri vincitori includono Sound of Falling per il Montaggio, Sirāt per Colonna Sonora e Sound Design, Resurrection per Fotografia e Scenografia, e Last Night I Conquered the City of Thebes come Opera Prima e Interpretazione Rivelazione, a pari merito con A Useful Ghost.
