Svelate le nomination della North Carolina Film Critics Association (NCFCA), Sinners in testa con 19 candidature.
La North Carolina Film Critics Association (NCFCA) ha annunciato ufficialmente i candidati dei Best of Cinema Awards 2025, che celebrano le eccellenze della produzione cinematografica nelle categorie narrativa, documentario, animazione e tecnica. A dominare le nomination di quest’anno, come riportato da AwardsWatch, è Sinners, che guida la classifica con 19 menzioni, stabilendo un nuovo record assoluto per l’associazione.
Subito dietro One Battle After Another con 16 nomination, seguito da Marty Supreme (11 candidature) e Frankenstein (10). Tra i titoli con più presenze figurano anche KPop Demon Hunters e No Other Choice (sei ciascuno), mentre Hamnet, Sentimental Value e Train Dreams ottengono cinque nomination a testa.
La NCFCA è composta da critici cinematografici che vivono e/o lavorano nella Carolina del Nord, rappresentando un ampio spettro di voci provenienti da stampa, radio, televisione e media digitali. Le nomination di quest’anno riflettono la varietà dell’associazione, premiando tanto le grandi produzioni hollywoodiane quanto il cinema indipendente e internazionale. I vincitori saranno annunciati il 26 gennaio.
