L’attrice premio Oscar Olivia Colman è ufficialmente entrata a far parte della sesta stagione di Only Murders in the Building.
Olivia Colman si è unita al cast della sesta stagione di Only Murders in the Building, ambientata a Londra. L’attrice premio Oscar è stata annunciata come nuova guest star della serie Hulu in un video pubblicato martedì sul suo account Instagram, in cui compaiono anche Selena Gomez, Meryl Streep e Martin Short.
“Abbiamo avuto tantissime guest star straordinarie per ‘Only Murders’ a Londra”, dice Gomez nel video. “Sì, ma ce ne manca solo una!”, aggiunge Streep, prima che Colman appaia nell’inquadratura, in costume.

La sesta stagione di Only Murders in the Building può contare su un cast stellare, formato da alcuni dei più importanti talenti britannici, tra cui diverse ex star di Doctor Who. Oltre a Colman, si aggiungono David Tennant, Sharon Horgan, Martin Freeman, Jim Broadbent, Jennifer Saunders, Geri Halliwell, Nicola Coughlan, Sean Teale, Simone Ashley, Jodie Whittaker, Rhea Norwood, Richard Ayoade, Amar Chadha-Patel, Matthew Beard, Jamie Demetriou, Anjana Vasan, Jane Horrocks, Derek Jacobi, Adrian Lukis, Kathryn Hunter, Lesley Nicol e Peter Capaldi.
Oltre a Gomez, Short e Streep, come riportato da Variety, torneranno anche Steve Martin e Michael Cyril Creighton. La sesta stagione è attualmente in produzione nel Regno Unito e porterà il trio di investigatori dilettanti oltreoceano, dove continuerà a indagare sulla morte di Cinda Canning, come mostrato nel finale della quinta stagione.
Non è ancora stata annunciata una data di uscita per la sesta stagione. Only Murders in the Building è stata creata da Steve Martin e John Hoffman, che ne sono anche produttori esecutivi insieme a Martin Short, Selena Gomez, Dan Fogelman, Jess Rosenthal, Ben Smith, Jennifer Crittenden e Gabrielle Allan. La produzione è affidata a 20th Television.
