La Toronto Film Critics Association, come riportato da AwardsWatch, ha incoronato Una Battaglia dopo l’Altra di Paul Thomas Anderson come miglior film del 2025, premiando il regista anche per miglior regia e miglior sceneggiatura non originale. Benicio del Toro ha condiviso il premio come miglior attore non protagonista.
Rose Byrne (If I Had Legs I’d Kick You) ed Ethan Hawke (Blue Moon) hanno vinto ex aequo il premio per la miglior interpretazione principale, mentre Jessie Buckley, Leonardo DiCaprio, Michael B. Jordan e Wagner Moura sono arrivati secondi.
