Nel corso delle ultime ore, il mondo intero è stato fortemente scosso dalle immagini giunte dall’America, in cui i sostenitori Donald Trump hanno letteralmente attaccato, fatto irruzione ed occupato la sede del Congresso a Washington DC, mentre i parlamentari erano riuniti per ufficializzare la vittoria di Joe Biden alle elezioni presidenziali del 2020. Inutile dire che si tratta di una delle pagine più buie della storia statunitense, atti condannati da tutti i leader politici i quali hanno immediatamente espresso il proprio fermo dissenso, condannando tali violenze così come le star hollywoodiane.
Da Chris Evans a Mark Ruffalo, Sharon Stone, Mia Farrow, Kerry Washington e ancora, James Mangold, Mia Farrow e molti altri, tutti hanno chiaramente scritto e sottolineato, attraverso i canali social, la violenza ingiustificata chiedendosi anche, cosa sarebbe successo se i protagonisti delle proteste non fossero stati bianchi, invocando tra l’altro il 25esimo emendamento, per rimuovere immediatamente Trump dalla sua carica.
