National Board of Review: “Da 5 Bloods” vince come Miglior Film, Regia e Cast
Il National Board of Review ha eletto Miglior Film, Regia e Cast del 2020 “Da 5 Bloods – Come Fratelli” di Spike Lee, secondo regista di colore a portare a casa i premi dopo Barry Jenkins per “Moonlight” del 2016.
Per quanto riguarda invece gli interpreti, a dominare come Miglior Attori sono ancora una volta Riz Ahmed per “Sound of Metal”, e Carey Mulligan per “Promising Young Woman”, così come Miglior Attori non Protagonisti Paul Raci per “Sound of Metal”, e Youn Yuh – jung per “Minari”.
“One Night in Miami” vince il Freedom of Expression Award, mentre a lo Spotlight Award è andato a Radha Blanck per aver prodotto, scritto, diretto e interpretato “The Forty – Year – Old Version”, infine a Channing Godfrey Peoples va il miglior debutto alla regia per “Miss Juneteenth”.
