Anatomia di una Caduta di Justine Triet trionfa ai 49esimi Premi César, portando a casa i miglior riconoscimenti in lingua francese come miglior film, regia, attrice protagonista per Sandra Hüller, attore non protagonista per Swann Arlaud, sceneggiatura originale per Triet e Arthur Harari, e montaggio.

La Triet è solo la seconda donna in assoluto a vincere il premio come miglior regista ai César, dopo Tonie Marshall, che vinse per il Venus Beauty Institute del 1999, e ha dedicato il premio per il miglior film a tutte le donne, dicendo a “quelle che si sentono intrappolate nelle loro scelte, nella loro solitudine, a quelle che esistono troppo e a quelle che non esistono abbastanza, a quelle che sono state ferite e si liberano parlando apertamente.”
